How Do You Know You've Found Your Sweet Spot?
You will not immediately notice that you have reached your Sweet Spot, but rather at the end of the day. You will have felt a sense of a certain flow of focus, motivation, inspiration and creativity, as if everything is going naturally. You will be thinking, "This was a good day." It is important to note that while microdosing, you should be able to function normally in your daily activities and social interactions.
Take time to become aware of its presence in your system. We recommend taking a nice walk in nature on your first microdosing day to get in touch with yourself.

When microdosing, finding the "Sweet Spot" is often a matter of trial and error. Therefore, we recommend starting low and slowly increasing the dose to the desired effects. Starting too fast and too high can bring unwanted side effects. Lowering the dose in case of unwanted side effects is often the key to optimal results.
You are committing to a process in which beautiful changes will take place, so take the responsibility to deal with this respectfully and give yourself the rest and time you deserve to prepare for it.
- First Microdosing Day
The advice is to start on days when you have enough time to explore the sensation. Many people experience an increase in energy, so we recommend starting in the morning after a light breakfast to enjoy this energy.
We advise many to start with 0.5 grams for the first two microdosing moments. If 0.5 grams is sufficient for the desired effects, the dose for the third microdosing moment can be increased to 0.75 grams (+- 3/4 of 1 dose). Continue in this way until you find the right dose. For most people this is around 1 gram, so after four microdosing moments you should find your Sweet Spot.
If the dose feels too weak or you notice 'nothing', don't take extra on the same day, but increase the dose a little bit at the next microdosing time.
Possible side effects of too high a dose include lack of concentration, some confusion, restlessness or headaches.
