A brief explanation of the truffles we offer and their legality in the Netherlands.
Truffles:
Selling fresh truffles is allowed in the Netherlands. However, selling dried truffles is not allowed. Psilocybin (the active ingredient) may not be extracted from the truffle and mushroom and processed into products. Mechanical drying and processing is not allowed. So for commercial purposes, drying (processing), capsulating, extracting is punishable. For personal use, however, it is not likely to cause problems.

We hope this explanation has made you sufficiently aware of the legal boundary area. It is your own responsibility not to violate it.
In addition, we recommend caution at all times, both in relation to the use of psychedelics and in your communication around them. The Netherlands has a rich history of entheogenic discoveries and there is currently increasing research into the therapeutic effects and application of psilocybin, among other things. Legislation comes from very different (political) developments. It is therefore impossible to predict which way the current frontier will shift.
As soon as a psychedelic-related incident (or something similar) occurs or sensationalist reports are spread through the media, the likelihood of a ban increases significantly. We and our partners strive to maximise information and research. We see it as our responsibility to disseminate only accurate, fact-based information and debunk falsehoods.
